Ghanaian billionaire Ibrahim Mahama’s Damang gold mine has more than doubled its permanent workforce to 426 employees, six months after his company, Engineers and Planners (E&P), took over the mine from Gold Fields. Ghanaian billionaire Ibrahim Mahama’s Damang gold mine has more than doubled its permanent workforce to 426 employees, six months after his company, Engineers and Planners (E&P), took over the mine from Gold Fields. The workforce grew from 207 employees at the April handover, including 120 workers moved from labour-hire contracts onto the permanent payroll.
About 62% of the mine’s full-time staff come from the 10 surrounding communities, exceeding the company’s 60% local-hiring target. Monthly mining volumes also increased from 1.4 million tonnes in May to 3 million tonnes in September. The company expects its permanent workforce to exceed 500 by the end of 2026 and aims to operate the mine at higher capacity by mid-2027.
However, a promised airport near the mine has fallen behind schedule, with earthworks slowed by hard rock. The project has expanded into a roughly two-kilometre runway designed to accommodate Boeing 737 and 787 aircraft, with construction expected to cost at least $80 million. Meanwhile, E&P is pursuing a $740 million arbitration claim against Gold Fields over alleged underpayment for work at the Tarkwa and Damang mines, a claim Gold Fields disputes.

If the allegations that Dennis Miracle Aboagye is spearheading the circulation of this misleading information are true, then serious questions must be raised about his suitability for the position of National Communications Director of the New Patriotic Party.
Political communication should be built on facts, credibility, and constructive criticism, not misleading narratives. The opposition has every right to scrutinise the government's performance, but such criticism must be grounded in verifiable evidence.
The question is simple: Is the NPP running out of credible messages to communicate to Ghanaians? See less

Gates says he expected the pandemic to push the world into better preparation for future outbreaks. It didn’t. He then predicted that over the next several years the world will face cyberattacks far bigger in scale than anything seen before, because the business model exists.?
His foundation poured more than $2 billion into the response — diagnostics, treatments, mRNA vaccine work, and the C*VAX push.
Schools closed, businesses locked down, doctors lost autonomy, and mandates followed. Excess deaths, learning loss, and economic damage piled up. Gates now says the whole episode failed to create the readiness he counted on.
Critics have argued Gates and other foundations drove overreach that treated skepticism as a threat while sidelining natural immunity and early-treatment debates.

The same man who positioned himself as the expert who saw C*VID coming is now positioning himself as the expert who sees the next crisis — this time tied to AI-powered cyberattacks.
The gap between the promise and the result is clear.
How many more times does the same alleged expert get to declare the last emergency failed while warning the next one is already on the way?

Covid-19 shots were not owned or made by Pfizer or Moderna.
They were owned and made by the military. Pfizer and Moderna were paid to make it appear like it came from the pharmaceutical industry.

This lady has boldly stated that, she would let her man raise another man’s children for 25 years if the man dares to cheat on her during a discussion on ‘Boys & Girls’ show on UTV.

Then this lady speaking on behalf of the girls goes ahead to argue that, when a woman also does same too, then the men should accept it, an argument that the boys rejected saying that, in their case, when they do it, they don’t bring another woman’s child and pass it on for another to raise.
While countering the debate, she categorically stated that as for her, if her man does it, she will do it and will let the man raise another man’s children for 25 good years.
Hmmmm, at this point, just make sure you do DNA before naming ceremony because if a woman has this mentality then imagine. Do the DNA test before you raise someone’s child ooo.
Eeeeeeei, if she has a boyfriend he must be shaking right now. See less
