Success Demands These 6 Things.
1. You need to commit to work and stay disciplined. Dreams or ideas don’t work unless you do. Even if it means doing something about the dreams/ideas late nights, early mornings, missing some parties, etc. The journey is the destination.
2. Get out of your comfort zone. This is necessary for achieving big goals. Playing it safe and taking no risks is the biggest risk of all. It robs you the chance of becoming successful.

3. Persevering through setbacks and failures on the journey is required. You need to keep pushing. Develop the ability to keep going when work isn't that exciting. That is what makes the difference between the majority and the 1% who succeed.
4. You need to have an open/learning mindset. Successful people adopt a beginner’s mindset to constantly learn new things, educate themselves, and grow their skills. When you stop learning, you stop growing/living.
5. Be patient. Rome wasn’t built in a day. Don’t be f00led. Excellence comes with a cost and that may take weeks, months, years, etc.
6. You need to be like a chameleon. This may sounds stup!d but hear me out. Chameleons can change colour to camouflage if it’s in danger or if it’s trying to k!ll prey. So be like a chameleon and be adaptable to the changing events of life. The world changes fast and you need to change with it. It is ok for your plan not to go as planned but be ready to plan it according to how it is going.

Meet the Richest woman in Ghana, Patricia Poku Diaby — Ghana’s Cocoa Queen, Africa’s only woman to build and own a large-scale cocoa processing factory, and still the richest woman in the country in 2025.
She founded Plot Enterprise Group in Côte d’Ivoire, then returned to Ghana and built a 32,000-ton-per-year cocoa factory in Takoradi (2010) plus a grinding plant in Abidjan. Today her group processes close to 50,000 tons annually, making her one of the biggest local players in West Africa’s cocoa industry.
Daughter of the late businessman Francis Poku, raised in Abidjan, over 30 years in the cocoa trade, extremely private, zero scandals, zero debt rumors, just quiet dominance. Net worth estimates still float between $450–750 million depending on cocoa prices and the year you check.
She doesn’t do many interviews, doesn’t chase headlines, doesn’t post on social media. She just processes more cocoa than most men in the sector ever will.

Hmmm  Lawyer Frimpong Anokye narrates how the vindictive NPP government stopped him from going to the GTV because they said he’s placing the Ashantis over the Akyems, Dr. Kwame Nkrumah over J.B Danquah and also for criticising the government for building the National cathedral over National interests. He also praised RALPH the fellow Ghanaian :flag_gh: for his courage.
