Throughout my life, I have encountered more unhappy people than happy ones. Almost everyone I've met is hurting in some way. Many people are in pain and just trying to get through it.

Sometimes people may seem fine on the surface. They may say they're happy and act like they are, until you have a deep conversation with them, that's when you'll know what's really going on inside. It can be really sad to hear their struggles.
